- 1 lbs. Brioche, sliced or cubed
- 2 c. Mascarpone cheese
- 2 tbs. Sugar
- 1 tbs. Vanilla
- 1 c. Chocolate chips
- 1/4 c. Cocoa powder/Cinnamon
- 5 oz Espresso
- 3 oz Brandy
Mix the espresso and brandy together. Soak the brioche with the mixture.
In a separate bowl mix the mascarpone, vanilla and sugar until you reach a fluffy consistency.
Layer a serving dish with the brioche, chocolate chips and the creamy mascarpone cheese.
For best results let the dessert sit over night.
Garnish with cinnamon or cocoa powder.
