Sweet ginger, avocado, spinach smoothie

Servings: 2
- 1 cup of ice
- 1 cup of spinach
- 1/2 of an avocado
- 8 large mint leaves
- 1 banana
- 1-inch cube of fresh peeled ginger
- 12 oz. coconut water
- 1 tbs of raw honey
- 8 oz. coconut milk
Blend on high until smooth. Serve chilled with an additional sprig of mint.
