Cinnamon Roll Sliced Bananas with Maple Pecans



  • 6 ct. Large bananas, sliced thin
  • 1 c. Chopped Pecans
  • 3/4 c. Maple Syrup
  • ¼ tsp. Salt
  • 2 tbs Cinnamon
  • ½ c. Coconut Butter
  • 1 tbs. Honey
  • 2 tbs. Coconut oil


In a large sauté pan heat the cup of pecans and add the maple syrup. Over medium heat, constantly stir the pecans, until the syrup has reduced and the pecans start to stick together. Add 2 of the 3 tbs. of cinnamon and mix together. In a mixing bowl or blender add the coconut butter, coconut oil and honey, stir well until combined. In a bowl, mix the bananas and remaining cinnamon together. Top with candied pecans and coconut icing.
Serve and enjoy.
