- 2 cups pecan pieces
- 2 cups of sliced almonds
- 1 cup of chopped hazel nuts
- 1 cup of chopped dried tart cherries
- 1/2 cup of shredded coconut
- 1 cup of dark chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
On a large cookie sheet place a sheet of parchment paper and lightly toast almonds, hazel nuts, and pecans for 8 to 10 minutes. Take out and let cool for 10 to 20 minutes. In a large mixing bowl, add coconut, chocolate, and cherries to the toasted nuts. Mix loosely with hands until all ingredients are incorporated.
