Edamame and English pea Hummus

Ingredients

  • 1 cup shelled Edamame
  • 2 cups shelled English peas
  • 1 lemon, juiced/li>
  • 2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 3 tablespoons tahini paste
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup Rapini Steams

Directions

Gather all ingredients and blend on high until smooth. If the hummus is not blending well enough add some water and continue to blend. Refrigerate before serving. Enjoy!
